The list of possible engagement of an FM Leisure Consultant is endless so we will review the business problem in a first meeting. After we defined the problem and scope of the project, we quote you a project delivery fee. Examples of these projects are: Reshaping Operations in order to deliver the most profitable experience – which includes: mapping out the customer journey, customer experience workshops and training, (re-)writing SOP’s, business analysis, revisiting the organisational structure, revenue streams and product offering and so on; Or setting up the commercial strategy of the business; Or developing a complete new Retail offering;
Management
Here’s where we will charge you by the hour but on a monthly basis. Whether you hire a full management team or an interim manager covering the business until we’ve found a permanent replacement. We’ve been working as General Managers, Operations Directors, Retail & F&B Directors, Marketing Directors, Customer Experience Directors and so on. Training and Workshops form an integrated part of this service. We’re also interested in Management Operating models where the local FM Leisure team is taking the full operations out of your hands – we deliver the senior management team and recruit (or take over) the front of house staff.
